Events good or bad has two consequences either impact or affect. Some events or experiences define what you believe about the world. What makes the event important is not the intensity, greatness or the significance of the event itself, but the importance you have given it by unconsciously forming a lifelong belief or set of beliefs around the event. Most of adults have at least 5–8 defining moments.

Today I am sharing one of my defining moment which impacted me badly.

It was early night when I was working in my office room.I was thrilled for promotion news which was about to announce by our boss as I was the only women in the office was appraised among 20 men.

When my boss came he started blaming me negatively for my work. Other subordinates supported him too. I was the lonely bird in dark space had no support, no guidance, no strong voice to stand with me.

Everyone started accusing me, blaming me, insulting me.I was fired brutally bullied.

I was in the early 20s when the event happened.

My takeaways from the event was men are superior than women, women never respected in corporates, women always taken for granted, men should be taught system, men are superior.

Because of the event I went under depression, suffered with traumic attacks. I generate a belief “I am not fit for Corporates"

Moral,..

We get affected by people around us.
